党的十一届三中全会吹响了中国改革开放的号角,中国社会迎来了尊重知识,尊重人才的时代。这一年,我考入了北京邮电学院。1982年毕业后,我被分配到了邮电部教育司从事企业培训管理工作,30年来从未离开过邮政企业的教育培训事业。回顾这30年企业培训的发展历程,令我感怀至深的是一份与企业培训发展同起步、同壮大,对职工培训做出独特贡献的学习资料——《邮政业务学习》。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China sounded the horn of China’s reform and opening up. Chinese society ushered in an era of respecting knowledge and respecting talent. This year, I was admitted to Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. After graduating in 1982, I was assigned to the Education Department of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications for training in enterprise management, and has never left the postal education and training business for 30 years. Recalling the 30 years of corporate training course of development, what impressed me deeply is a study with the development of enterprise training with growth, growth, make a unique contribution to staff training materials - “postal business learning.”
