文章以美国为例,通过费德尔—拉姆模型分析了国防科研投资的经济效应,结果表明,1985财年至2002财年,美国国防科研投资对其他经济部门产生了负的外部性影响,对国民经济的规模经济效应为负。
Taking the United States as an example, the article analyzes the economic effects of investment in national defense research through the Fidel-Ram model. The results show that the U.S. investment in national defense research has a negative external impact on other economic sectors from FY 1985 to FY 2002, The economies of scale of the national economy are negative.
