历史的经验告诉我们:戏曲艺术的繁荣昌盛与健康发展,同戏曲理论的研究有着十分重要的关系。马列主义者注重理论研究,不仅因为理论是实践的规律性的总结与概括,更重要的则是它对实践的指导作用。目前,要振兴秦腔,必须在广泛实践的同时,重视与加强秦腔艺术的理论研究。人所共知,我们民族的戏曲艺术若从金元算起,到今天也有了八百年的历史。在此期间,随着戏曲艺术的繁荣,曾出现过一系列戏曲理论著作。特别值得提出的是清初李渔的《闲情偶寄》,这部书的 Historical experience tells us that the prosperity and healthy development of the art of opera has a very important relationship with the study of opera theory.
