一、引言近年来国内外生产的外啮合齿轮泵工作压力都有了较大的提高,从70—140kgf/cm~2提高到160~250kgf/cm~2,结构设计上也有了许多新发展,其中常采用的扩大高压区的结构,就是为了降低轴承负荷,改善轴向平衡条件,从而提高泵工作压力的一种方法。由于这种结构简单易行,因而在实际设计中已被应用。如何计算扩大高压区的齿轮泵的轴承负荷,就是本文所讨论的内容。
