在结合我国目前的森林管理现状和我国碳补偿自愿市场的需求,对改善森林管理项目在我国履行与林业有关的国际公约、提高企业环保形象、维护国家生态安全等方面所具有的意义进行分析的基础上,对将改善森林管理项目纳入我国碳补偿自愿市场的必要性进行了分析,结果表明:将改善森林管理项目作为我国碳补偿自愿市场的一种项目类型对于建立和完善我国碳汇交易体系、发挥林业在缓解我国温室气体排放中的作用、实现碳汇资源的最优配置具有极其重要的意义。
Based on the current situation of forest management in our country and the demand of China voluntary compensation market for carbon compensation, this paper analyzes the significance of improving forest management projects in fulfilling international conventions related to forestry in our country, improving corporate environmental protection image and safeguarding national ecological security Based on the analysis of the necessity of including the improvement of forest management project into the voluntary carbon offsetting market in our country, the results show that the project of improving forest management project as a voluntary project of carbon offsetting in our country is of great importance to the establishment and improvement of China’s carbon trading system, , To play the role of forestry in mitigating China’s greenhouse gas emissions and realizing the optimal allocation of carbon sink resources is extremely important.
