目的建立了豆皮、豆腐、腐竹及豆干4种豆制品中的9种工业染料的检测方法。方法以Qu ECh ERS方法作为前处理技术,以超高效液相色谱技术作为检测技术,对方法的有效性进行了验证,并对实际样品进行检测。结果以空白的4种豆制品为基质,分别在3个水平进行加标实验,回收率分别在71.5%~126.4%、74.0%~106.5%、86%~124.5%和76.7%~107.5%之间。RSD(n=5)分别在1.9%~8.5%、1.8%~8.1%、1.8%~7.0%之间和1.7%~8.0%之间。各工业染料的检出限(S/N=3)在0.05~0.2 mg/kg之间,定量限(S/N=10)在0.15~0.6 mg/kg之间。结论该方法操作简单,稳定性好,适于在实际检测工作中推广应用。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 9 industrial dyes in 4 kinds of bean products such as bean curd, tofu, yuba and dried bean curd. Methods The Qu ECh ERS method was used as a pretreatment technique and the ultra performance liquid chromatography technique was used as a detection technique to verify the effectiveness of the method. The actual samples were also tested. Results Four kinds of blank soybeans were used as substrate, respectively. The recoveries were 71.5% ~ 126.4%, 74.0% ~ 106.5%, 86% ~ 124.5% and 76.7% ~ 107.5% . RSD (n = 5) were 1.9% -8.5%, 1.8% -8.1%, 1.8% -7.0% and 1.7% -8.0%, respectively. The detection limit (S / N = 3) of each industrial dye was between 0.05-0.2 mg / kg and the limit of quantitation (S / N = 10) was between 0.15-0.6 mg / kg. Conclusion The method is simple, stable and suitable for general application in practical testing.
