本文报告一例泛发性皮肤肥大细胞增生病(色素性荨麻疹)患者发生急性骨髓性单核细胞白血病.据作者所知,本例是第3例报告.患者为65岁男性白人,以胸、背部出现淡棕红色丘疹2个月,于1980年6月第一次就诊.检查见胸、背、四肢有许多红斑性丘疹.达利尔氏征和皮肤划痕试验均阴性.肝、脾不肿大,无淋巴结病变及其他全身受累表现.血液学检查:白细胞总数4500,单核细胞15%.血液化学检查正常.X线检查
This article reports a case of acute myelomonocytic leukemia in a patient with generalized mastocytosis (urticaria pigmentosa) .This is the third case reported to the authors, a 65-year-old white male with chest, Reddish-red papules appeared on the back for 2 months and the first visit was performed in June 1980. There were many erythematous papules on the chest, back and limbs, and Dalil’s sign and skin scratch test were negative. Swollen, no lymphadenopathy and other systemic manifestations.Hematological examination: the total number of white blood cells 4500, 15% of mononuclear cells.Chemical blood tests were normal.X-ray examination
