社会经济的迅速发展,为许多企业的发展创造了良好的契机,促进了一些新型产业的兴起,企业要在紧张的竞争中求得稳定的发展,必然会提高对人才的要求,而高职院校作为为社会培养职业型人才的重要场地,必须强化对人才职业道德的培养。特别对于卫生类高职院校来说,对学生的职业道德培养的要求更高。因此,加强卫生类高职院校学生的职业道德教育是提高医疗行业服务水平的重要途径,必须得到广大院校的重视。本文主要以校企合作为方向,探究了卫生类高职院校学生职业道德的培养策略。
The rapid socio-economic development has created a good opportunity for the development of many enterprises and promoted the rise of some new industries. Enterprises seeking stable development in the intense competition will inevitably raise the demand for qualified personnel. Higher vocational colleges As an important venue for cultivating professional talents for the society, schools must strengthen their cultivation of professional ethics. Especially for health vocational colleges, the requirements of students’ professional ethics are higher. Therefore, strengthening the professional ethics education for students in health vocational colleges is an important way to improve the service level of the medical profession, which must be paid attention to by most colleges and universities. This paper mainly takes the cooperation between school and enterprise as the direction, explores the cultivation strategy of students’ professional ethics in health vocational colleges.
