目的对接触噪声作业工人进行听力测试,保护噪声作业工人健康。方法纯音听阈测试根据GB/T 16403-1996《声学测听方法纯音气导和骨导听阈基本测听法》进行测定。结果接触噪声855人,异常604人,高频损失604人,语频损失76人。结论噪声作业人员听力障碍的人数比例高于未接触噪声的人员;随着接触年限的增加,出现高频损失和语频损失等听力障碍的人数比例逐年增加且损伤程度逐渐加重。
Objective To conduct hearing tests on workers exposed to noise to protect the health of noise workers. Methods Pure tone audiometry was performed according to GB / T 16403-1996 “Basic audiometry and bone conduction threshold audiometry”. Results 855 people were exposed to noise, 604 were abnormal, 604 were high frequency and 76 were speech loss. Conclusion The proportion of hearing-impaired persons in noise-exposed workers is higher than that in non-noise-exposed persons. As the contact life increases, the proportion of hearing-impaired persons such as high-frequency loss and speech loss increases year by year and the degree of injury gradually increases.
