本文根据扫描电镜观察,时稻胚发生过程及胚表面构件的形态作了描述,并对文献中存在的稻胚结构构件名称的混乱情况进行了查核。从而发现历来稻胚形态描述上与事实不符之处,如广为流传的 Juliano 论文中的图将胚芽鞘和侧鳞误以为外胚叶;容启东、星川清亲等将侧鳞误为腹鳞;《水稻的生长发育》和《稻的生长》等的中译本,则将侧鳞误为胚芽鞘等等。本文还提出了胚的结构及各构件的合理命名。
In this paper, we describe the occurrence of rice embryos and the morphology of the embryos on the basis of scanning electron microscopy, and check the chaos of the names of the structural components of rice embryos in the literature. Thus it has been found that rice morphology has historically been inconsistent with the description of the facts, such as the widely circulated figure in the Juliano paper will coralline and lateral scales mistaken for ectoderm; Rong Qidong, Xingchuan Qing prolapse of squamous squamous cell wall scales ; “The growth and development of rice” and “rice growth” and other Chinese translation, the squamous mistaken for coleoptile and so on. The paper also proposed the structure of embryos and the reasonable naming of each component.
