目的:观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将64例该病患者随机分为两组,治疗组33例采用救心汤配合西药治疗,对照组31例采用单纯西医常规治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为93.94%和77.42%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭较单纯西医疗效好,且明显改善了患者的心功能,提高了患者生活质量,延长了患者生命。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods: Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups. 33 cases in the treatment group were treated with Jiuxin Decoction and western medicine, while 31 cases in the control group were treated with Western medicine alone. The clinical curative effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.94% and 77.42% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of congestive heart failure is more effective than simple Western medicine, and significantly improve the patient’s cardiac function, improve patient quality of life and prolong patient’s life.
