本文介绍利用氢化钛粉在普通钢铁基体上形成烧结涂层的方法。该法工艺简单、设备投资少。工艺要点是在氢化钛粉中配一定量粘结剂,加水调成糊状,均匀涂抹在钢铁基体表面,烘干后放在真空烧结炉内(1×10~(-4)毫米汞柱以上的真空度),温度在1100~1150℃,烧结0.5~1小时,形成涂层厚度达100微米以上。孔隙度在0.4%以下、牢固不易脱落的钛涂层。它有一定的耐蚀性,在某些稀酸、碱、盐中耐蚀性接近纯钛。涂层经氮化处理后耐蚀性超过纯钛。
