The N-glycosidically linked sugar chain is linked to the glycoside chain by the GlcNACβ_1-4GlcNAC and the amide nitrogen of the asparagine residue on the peptide chain. Many of the hormones, enzymes and tumor markers that belong to the glycoproteins in the human body belong to the class of N-glycoside glycoproteins. In recent years, many abnormal changes of the tumor have been found to be related to the variation of its glycoprotein sugar chain.
