加强中职学生的思想道德教育,不仅是提高中职生思想道德素质的客观要求,同时也是提高社会劳动者素质、培养合格劳动者的客观要求。而目前中职学校现有的德育模式并不理想,只从知识的灌输入手,未能将德育理论内化为学生的行动指导。因此,本文分析这一现状的成因,以有利于中职学校进行德育改革。
Strengthening the ideological and moral education for secondary vocational students is not only an objective requirement to improve the ideological and moral qualities of secondary vocational students, but also an objective requirement to improve the quality of social workers and train qualified workers. At present, the current model of moral education in secondary vocational schools is not ideal, only starting with the infusion of knowledge, it fails to internalize the theory of moral education as a guide to students’ actions. Therefore, this article analyzes the causes of this situation, in order to facilitate secondary vocational schools moral education reform.
