1920年前后,云南省会昆明,枪决了一个从香港引渡回滇的犯人。罪名为“投匪入伙,为害闾里”。 枪响人倒,曾在云南近代史上创造过几个“第一”、对省内电影、戏曲以至水上航运等事业起过一定促进作用的这位前实业家,由于一念之差,过早地结束了他曲折而富有传奇意味的一生。遗憾的是,由于文献资料仅片断存留,当事人确切的生卒年月和犯罪详细内情,都已经无法查清了。
