近年来,汽车行业垄断现象是伴随着媒体的曝光而得到了社会的广泛关注,“汽车销售价格”、“强迫压库”等新词的出现,扭转了人们对汽车行业原来的认知。就目前社会发展状况来看,如何通过法律法规来维护有效竞争的汽车市场,特别是分布环境,并且如何能够加快汽车产业的健康发展和结构升级,这都是一个值得我们关注的问题。因此,本文从垄断的含义和汽车行业垄断的分类,着重分析了中国汽车行业垄断现象出现的原因,并借鉴国外经验提出完善我国汽车行业反垄断的执法建议。
In recent years, the auto industry monopoly phenomenon has been widely concerned by the society with the exposure of the media. The advent of new words such as “car sales price” and “forced press library” reversed the original recognition of the automobile industry know. From the perspective of the present social development, how to safeguard effective and competitive automobile market through laws and regulations, especially the distribution environment, and how to speed up the healthy development and structural upgrading of the automobile industry are all issues that deserve our attention. Therefore, this paper analyzes the reasons for the emergence of monopoly in China’s auto industry from the meaning of monopoly and the classification of automobile industry monopoly. And draws lessons from foreign experience and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the anti-monopoly law enforcement of China’s auto industry.
