商务部等九部委:支持跨境电子商务零售出口为解决近年来我国迅速发展的跨境电子商务,特别是跨境电子商务企业对消费者模式下,现行管理体制、政策、法规及现有环境条件已无法满足其发展要求的实际问题,支持跨境电子商务零售出口健康快速发展,国务院办公厅近日转发了商务部等九部门《关于实施支持跨境电子商务零售出口有关政策的意见》。
