目的比较研究复方季铵盐类消毒剂对几种常用消毒试验指标菌杀灭效果,为评价同类消毒剂消毒效果提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法对该复方季铵盐消毒剂杀菌效果变化情况进行实验观察。结果该复方季铵盐消毒剂为有效活性物含量为100 g/L的液体制剂。以有效活性物浓度为400 mg/L该消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>5.0,作用时间分别为2.5 min和5 min;对铜绿假单胞菌需要作用10 min。用活性物浓度为100 mg/L作用2.5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值>5.0。4种指标菌对该复方季铵盐消毒液抗力由强到弱依次为铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。结论该复方季铵盐消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀灭效果较好,但4种指标菌对其抗力相差明显。
Objective To compare the killing effect of compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant on several commonly used disinfectant test indicators, and to provide a reference for evaluating the disinfectant effect of similar disinfectants. Methods The effect of the compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant on the bactericidal effect of the compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant was experimentally observed by the method of suspension quantitative sterilization. Results The compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant was a liquid preparation with an effective active content of 100 g / L. With the effective active concentration of 400 mg / L, the disinfectant had killing logarithm of E.coli and Candida albicans in suspension> 5.0, for 2.5 min and 5 min, respectively; for Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 10 min . With the active concentration of 100 mg / L for 2.5 min, the Staphylococcus aureus kill logarithm> 5.0.4 kinds of indicator bacteria against the compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant from strong to weak were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion The compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant has good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fungi, but the four kinds of indicator bacteria have obvious difference in their resistance.
