The incidence of candidaemia increased year by year, especially in the NICU, accounting for 15.8% of nosocomial infections. Due to the inherent characteristics of premature children and low birth weight children, such as the reduction of the number of T lymphocytes, the decrease of the number and function of neutrophils, the immature skin structure and the breakdown of the epidermal barrier, Invasive fungal infection prone.
