我国数字出版产业近年发展极为迅猛,在发展的同时,该产业也面临着很多的问题,一些数字出版产业基地在建设的过程中遇到了一些在行业合作、共赢、发展结构、知识产权、人才储备等方面的问题,这些问题不仅是我国数字出版产业基地中的企业需要克服的,同时也需要政府运用政策来进行协调扶持的。现如今,大部分地方政府进行的是资金方面的支持和政策上表示支持数字产业发展的态度,而缺少的是对于这个行业具体的政策规范和支持制度。现有的法规主要是关于新闻出版、互联网出版、版权等等方面的,而各个地方政府在数字出版产业管理上各个方面的差异比较大,因此通过对于我国数字出版产业基地的发展现状研究,针对发现的问题提出关于数字出版产业基地发展的政策建议。
