在对比分析柴油掺水燃烧优缺点的基础上,笔者设计了一套喷水系统,并在4100QBZL直列增压中冷型柴油机上,采用进气道喷水的试验研究。分析了进气道不同喷水量(喷水量分别为0、0.72、1.44、2.5kg/h)对柴油机燃烧与排放特性的影响。结果表明,采用进气道喷水后,滞燃期延长,燃烧持续期缩短,缸内最大爆发压力及最大压升率上升,NO_x排放大幅减小,烟度稍有上升,CO、HC基本保持不变。
Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of diesel water combustion, the author designed a set of water injection system and adopted the experimental study of inlet water jet on 4100QBZL inline supercharged intercooled diesel engine. The influence of different water injection amount (0,0.72,1.44,2.5kg / h) on the combustion and emission characteristics of diesel engine was analyzed. The results show that the delay of combustion period is prolonged, the combustion duration is shortened, the maximum burst pressure and the maximum pressure increase rate are increased, the NO_x emission is greatly reduced, the smoke is slightly increased, and the CO and HC remain basically unchanged constant.
