国有企业是国民经济的支柱,关系到国计民生的重要问题,只有不断改革管理模式,实施管理创新,国有企业才能与时俱进,适应新的经济形势及经济环境,在企业发展中立于不败之地。本文站在创新管理的基础上,从多方面分析现阶段国有企业管理的现状,并对如何构建国有企业管理创新对策,提出一些建议。
