设备修理复杂系数是表示设备修理复杂程度的一个基本量。一般说来,设备结构越复杂,主要零部件尺寸越大,加工精度越高,电控功能越多,生产能力越大,其修理复杂系数也就越大。设备修理复杂系数可分为机械复杂系数、电气复杂系数、仪表复杂系数、动力复杂系数,砌体复杂系数5种。一般确定设备修理复杂系数有4种方法:1)比较法2)计算法3)经验归纳法4)反推计算法。本文着重介绍用计算法确定设备修理复杂系数。
