近年来,我国在教育教学体制上有重大的改革与发展,对职业教育也进行了相关的改革与创新。高职教育作为一种以职业技能发展为主的高等教育,学生在心理特征、学习动机以及职业定向等方面都有着个性化的发展与建设。对此,在高职教育的应用文写作过程中,教师需要对学生的个性化特征进行全面的了解与分析,同时从传统的教学模式进行转变,通过应用“任务驱动法”的模式开展教学,以此有效地提升整个高职应用文写作教学的课堂教学效果。
