前段时间受邀担任张家口市班主任基本功大赛的评委,连续三天,被派到了情景答辩会场。题目很日常,几乎涉及到了班主任工作中所遇到的方方面面的问题——学生厌学、早恋、追星、染上网瘾,后进生转化,单亲家庭的困境,家校合作难等等。学生成千上万,出现的问题各式各样,这很正常。可让我困惑的是,参赛老师解决问题的方法与指向却出奇地一致。我在现场和其他评委笑称其为“班主任工作三部曲”:一找学生谈话,二找家长聊聊,
