介绍我国子午线轮胎及轮胎用钢帘线的发展现状，着重对国内钢帘线厂的技术现状、发展方向，钢帘线的技术要求进行探讨，对国内几家钢帘线生产厂的轮胎用钢帘线与进口同类产品进行全面的对比研究，物理性能均能达到标准要求，并与国外同类产品相当，但稳定性及与橡胶结合力方面与国外产品比仍存在差距。阐述国产钢帘线替代进口同类产品生产高性能子午线轮胎的可行性。
This paper introduces the development status of radial cords and tire cords in our country. It focuses on the technical status quo, development direction and technical requirements of steel cord cords in domestic steel cord cords. Cords and similar imported products to conduct a comprehensive comparative study of physical properties can meet the standards and similar products with foreign counterparts, but with the stability and rubber adhesion with foreign products than there is still a gap. The feasibility of using domestic steel cord instead of imported similar products to produce high performance radial tire is described.
