和谐发展是教育的理想境界,也是新课程改革极力倡导和追求的价值取向,而和谐发展的核心是人格的和谐发展。只有在民主、和谐的氛围中,在师生平等对话中,学生才能充分地张扬个性,培育起探索未知的情感、态度、信念、动机和需要等。新课程正快速走进课堂,一线教育工作者只有更新教学理念,转变教学方式,才能真正构建和谐化学课堂。
Harmonious development is the ideal state of education and the value orientation advocated and pursued by the new curriculum reform. The core of harmonious development is the harmonious development of personality. Only in a democratic and harmonious atmosphere can students fully demonstrate their individuality and foster their exploration of unknown emotions, attitudes, beliefs, motives and needs in an equal dialogue between teachers and students. The new curriculum is quickly into the classroom, front-line educators only update the teaching philosophy, change teaching methods, in order to truly build a harmonious chemistry classroom.
