经国务院批准,镇江市职工医疗保障制度改革试点已于1995年元月进入全面实施阶段。这种新制度虽然才运行一年,但在实践过程中已显示明显的优越性,同时也出现一些新情况、新间题。为此,我们必须以实事求是的态度清晰地分析利弊,及时总结经验,针对存在问题,采取防范措施,以保证职工医疗保障新制度更有效地运转。 一、职工医疗保障新制度的优势
With the approval of the State Council, the pilot reform of the medical security system for workers and staff members in Zhenjiang City entered the full implementation phase in January 1995. Although this new system has only been operating for one year, it has shown obvious advantages in the course of practice. At the same time, some new situations and new issues have emerged.
