本文测定了47例糖尿病病人及47例正常人红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及血浆过氧化脂质(Lpo)水平。结果发现,糖尿病病人红细胞SOD明显低于正常人(P<0.001),Lpo水平明显高于正常人(P<0.001)。糖尿病病人中伴有血管并发症者与无血管并发症者相比,红细胞SOD活性下降幅度更大(P<0.05),血浆Lpo增高更明显(P<0.02)。血浆Lpo与HDL-C、红细胞SOD呈负相关,与甘油三酯、空腹血糖呈正相关;红细胞SOD与血糖及血脂无明显相关关系。
In this paper, the levels of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and plasma lipid peroxide (Lpo) were measured in 47 diabetic patients and 47 healthy controls. The results showed that diabetic patients with erythrocyte SOD was significantly lower than normal (P <0.001), Lpo levels were significantly higher than normal (P <0.001). Compared with those without vascular complications, the activity of SOD in erythrocytes decreased more (P <0.05) and the Lpo in plasma increased more significantly (P <0.02) in diabetic patients with vascular complications. Plasma Lpo and HDL-C, red blood cell SOD was negatively correlated with triglyceride, fasting blood glucose was positively correlated; erythrocyte SOD and blood glucose and blood fat no significant correlation.
