在课堂教学中,如何最大限度的调动学生的积极性和主动性,是当今数学教学的一个热点。现就如何优化课堂谈谈自己的见解。一、教态亲切,排除学生的心理障碍学生和教师的第一直觉是教师的教态。教师的教态自然、亲切,言谈举止流露出对学生的喜爱,总是能创造出和谐的氛围,这是链接教育者与受教育者心灵的纽带。孔子说过:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者”。学生十分重视教师对自己的感情,教师有一种关爱鼓励的心态给学生以启发诱导,学生在排除心理障碍的同时,便能自觉地接受他们的老师和自觉地热爱他们的老师所教的学科。例如:
