Chinese Vice Minister of Science and Technology Deng Nan recently announced on behalf of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance that the China Technology Innovation Fund for SMEs has officially started. Deng Nan said that the SME Innovation Fund decided by the State Council was set up to support and promote the development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. This government earmarked a special fund of 1 billion yuan.
