作为空中交通管制现代化的有机组成部分之一,实现全国空域数据库的建设和管理,统计和预测数据库的建设,用适当的数学模型和仿真模型对全国空域现状的容量进行评估是非常重要和必要的。本文讨论了如何设计并实现一套多数据融合的算法以生成一种统一的融合数据,这种融合数据是在现有的多种数据源的基础上,形成对大范围、全空域的实际飞行状况的现实情况进行监控,其特点之一就是具有统一的时空坐标系,以便为后续的统计和预测数据库的建设和仿真提供支持。
