所谓绩效管理(Performance management)主要是指企业管理者和员工为了达到企业组织目标共同参与绩效计划制定、辅导沟通、考核评、结果应用以及达到目标的过程。其中绩效管理的目的主要是为了通过激励员工,从而激发员工内在潜力,提高员工工作热情和积极性,最终达在到提高绩效成绩,从而实现员工个人和企业共赢的目标。下面本研究就详细分析企业绩效管理的方法及系统设计与运行的策略,以供参考。
The so-called performance management (Performance management) mainly refers to the business managers and employees in order to achieve organizational goals to participate in performance planning, counseling and communication, assessment, application of results and achieve the goal of the process.
