In this paper, the distribution patterns of major tree species in natural secondary forest communities were fitted by various sub-urban models. The results showed that the distribution pattern of each tree species was mostly Neyman type and Poission type. In addition to the mathematical fit of the spatial distribution pattern, distributional indices (clustering indices) such as K, C, C, I, m * / m of each population were also analyzed. The results showed that: Indicators from the sapling stage to the tree stage from the aggregation to the trend of loose transition. In different types of communities, the aggregation indexes of different groups are also different. This paper analyzes the causes of the distribution pattern of each tree species, and uses Alees’ principle, dissipative structure theory and self-organization theory to explain it, and puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of this study.
