目的探讨中长链脂肪酸食用油对不同年龄高甘油三酯血症患者脂代谢的影响。方法随机将入选的高甘油三酯血症患者分为2组,分别食用中长链脂肪酸食用油(MLCT)和长链脂肪酸食用油(LCT),各组再分为60岁(含)以下和以上组。研究开始前和8周后对两组受试者进行人体测量、检测血生化、脐水平CT扫描计算脂肪面积。结果8周后与对照组LCT相比,MLCT组60岁以下受试者的体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、体脂肪重、体脂肪百分比、脐部总脂肪面积、内脏脂肪面积和皮下脂肪面积的变化值与其对照组相比均明显下降。8周后与对照组LCT相比,MLCT组60岁以下受试者的ApoB、ApoAII、ApoC2以及ApoC3水平明显下降,MLCT组60岁以上受试者的ApoC2水平也明显下降。MLCT组60岁以下受试者的TG、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、ApoAII、ApoC2、ApoC3、ApoE指标的变化值与其对照组相比均明显降低,而MLCT组60岁以上者除LDL-C指标外。结论合理膳食条件下,中长链脂肪酸食用油可减轻60岁以下高甘油三酯血症患者体重、体脂肪,降低血甘油三酯水平和改善脂蛋白代谢。
Objective To investigate the effect of medium and long chain fatty acid edible oil on lipid metabolism in patients with hypertriglyceridemia at different ages. Methods The patients with hypertriglyceridemia randomly were divided into two groups. They were given medium and long chain fatty acid (MLCT) and long-chain fatty acid (LCT) respectively. The patients were further divided into 60 years old and below Above group. Body measurements were performed on two groups of subjects before and 8 weeks after the study, blood biochemistry was analyzed, and the umbilical horizontal CT scan was performed to calculate the fat area. Results After 8 weeks, the body weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, body fat weight, body fat percentage, total umbilical fat area and visceral fat area in MLCT group were lower than those in control group And subcutaneous fat area changes in the value of the control group were significantly decreased. After 8 weeks, the levels of ApoB, ApoAII, ApoC2 and ApoC3 in MLCT group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the ApoC2 level in MLCT group was significantly lower than those in control group. The changes of TG, LDL-C, ApoA1, ApoB, ApoAII, ApoC2, ApoC3 and ApoE in MLCT group were significantly lower than those in control group, while those in MLCT group over 60 years old except LDL-C Indicator outside. Conclusion Under reasonable dietary conditions, medium and long chain fatty acid edible oil can reduce body weight, body fat, blood triglyceride and improve lipoprotein metabolism in hypertriglyceridemia patients under 60 years of age.
