采用室内培养法,设置4个品种、3个温度、4个硒浓度,旱直播和水直播2种播种方式,共78个处理,研究亚硒酸钠浸种后再经冷锻炼对提高水稻种子出苗率的影响。研究结果表明:0.06 mg·L-1Se能明显提高水旱直播稻花香2号、鸡西稻1号和龙粳31的出苗率,0.08 mg·L-1Se能明显提高水旱直播空育131的出苗率。0.06 mg·L-1Se处理下,经2℃冷锻炼的旱直播稻花香2号出苗率均比-2℃冷锻炼的和25℃的增加了25个百分点(p<0.01)和12.5个百分点(P<0.05),经-2℃和2℃冷锻炼的旱直播鸡西稻1号出苗率分别比25℃的增加33.3个百分点(P<0.01)和25.0个百分点(P<0.05)。冷锻炼对水直播稻出苗率没有显著影响。
The indoor culture method was used to set up four varieties, three temperatures, four selenium concentrations, direct seeding and direct seeding. A total of 78 treatments were conducted to study the effects of selenite Rate of impact. The germination rate of drought-propagating Jixi 1 on cold-exposed ground at -2 ℃ and 2 ℃ was 33.3% (P <0.01) and 25.0% (P <0.05) higher than that at 25 ℃ respectively. Cold training had no significant effect on the seedling emergence rate of direct seeding rice.
