取番茄不同苗龄的无菌苗子叶进行培养,发现以14天苗龄的子叶培养不定芽再生频率最高,在MS培养基上添加不同浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)和玉米素(Zt),对子叶愈伤组织的形成影响不大,但对不定芽的分化有较大影响,其中以MS+Zt1mg·L~(-1)+IAA1mg·L~(-1)效果最好。在同样的培养基上继代培养,待芽长至1~2cm长时转到生根培养基上即可在短期内长出根系,成为再生植株。
Aseptic shoots of tomato seedlings were cultured at different seedling ages. It was found that the regeneration frequency of adventitious buds was the highest in cotyledons of 14-day-old seedlings.
