新时期飞行机种更新较快,飞行员将受到新机种产生的较高G值及其它更复杂的飞行环境因素影响,航卫保障工作必须适应这一新特点,确保选拨出飞行员符合并保持适应新机种的身体条件。笔者通过对一例改装新机种的飞行员患不典型甲状腺机能亢进,导致加速度耐力不良,发生空中晕厥的病例,分析患者历年体检资料、病史材料并进行比较,又与飞行员、航医、部队领导进行交谈。认为在飞行员选拔、定期体检和在队医疗观察上仍有薄弱环节,需重视对飞行员隐性疾病的检查。应加强保障一线飞行的工作,严格执行《空军航空卫生工作条例》和《飞行员医学临时停飞标准》,认真落实飞行员体检制度,增强法规意识,依法实施保障。健全各级航卫部门职能,加强航医综合素质的培养,重视与飞行员的交流,应将飞行员的详细健康资料,包括生理指标(体重、血压、脉搏、食量、精神与睡眠状况)进行微机管理,并定期进行动态分析。经常开展航卫保障工作方法研讨。
