水电建设征地移民安置不仅是经济补偿问题,还是复杂的社会问题,涉及到社会经济领域的各个方面,尤其是在西藏地区,工程建设面临更为复杂的自然地理地质环境、宗教信仰、民族安定等问题,建设征地移民安置工程造价控制尤为复杂。从移民文化素质、实物指标调查、专业项目复建标准、移民补偿标准以及移民安置方案等几个方面对移民安置工程造价控制进行了探讨。
Hydropower Construction Land requisition and resettlement is not only an issue of economic compensation but also a complex social issue that involves all aspects of the social economy, especially in Tibet.
