近年来,随着地勘单位企业化进程的加快,地质市场的竞争日益激烈。地勘单位要想在市场竞争中持久、稳定、健康地发展,必须坚持以人为本,树立人才发展观。本文首先分析了当前地勘单位人才队伍建设存在的问题及主要原因,然后详细阐述了提高人才队伍建设在地勘单位核心竞争力作用的措施。
In recent years, with the acceleration of the process of enterprise’s geological exploration, the competition of geologic market becomes more and more fierce. If geological exploration units want to develop long-term, stable and healthy development in the market competition, they must adhere to people-oriented principle and establish the concept of human resources development. This paper first analyzes the existing problems and the main reasons for the construction of talent team in geological exploration units, and then elaborates the measures to improve the core competency of talent team construction in geological exploration units.
