欠发达地区底子薄、环境苦、条件差、待遇低,经济建设型人才奇缺。高等职业教育发展步子慢,规模小,层次低,专业窄,无法适应当今区域经济发展对人才的全方位的迫切需要,本文从深刻认识欠发达区域经济建设人才缺乏的紧迫性、危机性出发,以创新求发展,牢固树立为当地经济建设服务的理念。重视搞好高职教育的建设、专业和办学层次结构的调整。加快课程和教材建设,改进教学方法,积极探索实践教学,加强实验室和实训基地的建设。下大力气建设一支高质的“双师型”教师队伍,强化高职教育规律的学习探索,确保人才培养目标的实现。
In the underdeveloped areas, the foundation is weak, the environment is bitter, the conditions are poor, the treatment is low, and the economy-building talents are scarce. Make great efforts to build a high quality “double teacher” teachers, and strengthen the study and exploration of the law of higher vocational education to ensure that the goal of personnel training to achieve.
