碘及其化合物在四化建设中有着广泛的用途,研究开发碘资源对发展国民经济具有重大意义。我省含碘磷矿资源丰富,碘的研究开发利用有十分广阔的前景。我们与省科院协作,对黄磷冷凝液中提碘进行了研究,取得了初步成果。我们从电炉法制磷冷凝液中,采用“离子交换树脂法”研究了提碘的基本原理、实验装置,并对获得高氧化率的最适宜氧化电位、氯水用最、PH 值等主要条件作了较详细的研讨。依据热力学原理及电化学理论进行了计算与实验,其结果基本一致。同时,对富集液的予处理、干扰离子对氧化率的影响、吸附流速与树脂吸附交换量的关系等条件亦作了探讨。我们还在适宜条件下进行了工艺试验,已从黄磷厂富集冷凝液中获得了粗碘。
Iodine and its compounds have a wide range of uses in the four modernizations. Research and development of iodine resources are of great significance to the development of the national economy. Iodine-rich phosphate rock resources in our province, iodine research and development has a very broad prospects. In collaboration with the Provincial Academy of Sciences, we conducted a study on iodine uptake in yellow phosphorus condensate and achieved initial results. We use the “ion exchange resin method” to study the basic principle and experimental device of iodine extraction from the phosphoric acid condensate from the electric furnace. The optimal oxidation potentials for high oxidation rate, the most PH value for chlorine water, A more detailed discussion. Based on the thermodynamic principles and electrochemical theory calculations and experiments, the results are basically the same. At the same time, the pretreatment of the enrichment solution, the influence of the interference ion on the oxidation rate, the relationship between the adsorption flow rate and the resin adsorption exchange capacity were also discussed. We also conducted the process test under suitable conditions, and crude iodine was obtained from the enrichment condensate from the yellow phosphorus plant.
