以膜片钳技术记录了T淋巴细胞钙依赖性钾通道电流,发现西洋参多糖(200μg/ml)可使ConA激活的T淋巴细胞钙依赖性钾通道开放概率增加、开放时间延长、关闭时间缩短,单独不能激活通道。说明西洋参多糖可使活化的T淋巴细胞内游离钙增加。这对于理解西洋参多糖提高免疫力的机理具有重要意义。
The calcium-dependent potassium channel current of T lymphocytes was recorded by patch clamp technique. It was found that the polysaccharide (200 μg/ml) of American ginseng increased the opening probability of calcium-dependent potassium channels in Con A-activated T lymphocytes, prolonged the opening time, and shortened the closure time. Cannot activate the channel alone. It shows that the American ginseng polysaccharide can increase the free calcium in activated T lymphocytes. This is of great significance for understanding the mechanism by which ginseng polysaccharides enhance immunity.
