[目的]了解住院患者医院感染状况,以制订有效的防控措施。[方法]回顾性调查了2003～2005年住院患者16738人次,医院感染病例404例。[结果]3年来医院感染率为2.41%,以呼吸道真菌感染居首位。[结论]加强医务人员医院感染管理知识培训,建议开展医院感染现患率调查,重视预防和控制呼吸道真菌感染。
[Objective] To understand the status of nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients so as to formulate effective prevention and control measures. [Methods] A total of 16,738 inpatients and 404 hospital-acquired cases were retrospectively investigated in 2003-2005. [Results] The hospital infection rate in 3 years was 2.41%, with respiratory fungal infection ranking first. [Conclusion] To strengthen the training of medical staff in hospital infection management knowledge, it is recommended to carry out a survey of the prevalence of nosocomial infections, and to prevent and control respiratory fungal infections.
