三级跳远是人体在快速助跑中,以单足跳,跨步跳和跳跃三种形式,连续完成三次高强度跳跃的运动项目。随着体育科研的发展,人们对三级跳远项目的研究更加深入、细致。其技术、训练方法、训练手段都发生着深刻的变化,该项目的成绩也发生了质的飞跃。三级跳远是一项技术复杂,对运动员身体素质要求较高的田径项目,要想取得优异的成绩,就必须有合理的技术和超强的专门能力做保证。下面笔者就三级跳远训练中的几个核心问题谈一些粗浅的看法,希望能对教练员和运动员有所帮助。
