山东省金乡县人民医院是山东省规模较大的二级甲等综合性医院,现有职工686人,其中专业技术人员576人,占职工总数的84%。近几年来,医院坚持“科教兴院、技术强院”之路,牢固树立“人性关怀、和谐创新”的发展理念,树立“人才资源是第一资源”的理念,积极实施“人才”战略,用好用活现有人才,激活培育潜在人才,柔性引进急需人才,为人才构筑充分施展才华的平台,促进医院各项工作的全面迅速发展。
