The Second National Primary Health Care Symposium hosted by the Primary Health Care Research Group of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine Health Management Association was held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province from September 3rd to September 5th, 1991. 98 delegates attended the conference from 25 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country
