某尺寸为准273mm×22mm高压污水输送管于初次使用时发生开裂。为弄清开裂原因,对其进行了管体无损检测、管线材质分析、裂纹宏观形貌及微观形貌分析。结果表明:使用前输送管外表面已存在原始纵向裂纹,从而导致输送管有效厚度减小,承压能力降低,致使其在使用中发生脆性开裂。此外,此输送管材料韧性较低,对裂纹等缺陷较敏感,也是导致开裂的一个原因。
A size of 273mm × 22mm high-pressure sewage pipe cracking in the first use. In order to find out the cause of cracking, pipe body nondestructive testing, pipe material analysis, crack macro-morphology and micro-morphology analysis were carried out. The results show that the original longitudinal cracks exist on the outer surface of the delivery pipe before use, which leads to the decrease of the effective thickness of the delivery pipe and the decrease of the pressure bearing capacity, resulting in brittle cracking during use. In addition, the ductile material is less ductile and is more susceptible to cracks and other defects, which is one of the causes of cracking.
