目的:探讨黄精地龙方对老年痴呆(AD)大鼠的学习记忆、脑组织过氧化与抗氧化系统、脑内胆碱能系统功能的影响。方法:采用颈背部皮下注射1%D-半乳糖联合腹腔注射东莨菪碱复制大鼠AD模型,再用黄精地龙方浓缩提取液(2~8g/kg)灌胃AD大鼠,观察该组方对大鼠学习记忆能力、脑组织SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、Ach、ChAT、AchE等生化指标的影响。结果:2~8g/kg剂量范围内黄精地龙方能明显增强AD大鼠学习记忆能力,减少学习记忆错误次数,增加脑组织的Ach含量及ChAT、SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量及AchE活性。结论:黄精地龙方对老年痴呆有一定治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of “Huangjingdilong” on the learning and memory, the activity of peroxidation and antioxidant system in brain and the function of the cholinergic system in the brain in rats with senile dementia (AD). Methods: The AD model was established by subcutaneous injection of 1% D-galactose on the back of the neck and scopolamine injected intraperitoneally. The AD rats were treated with concentrated extract of Huangjingdilong (2 ~ 8g / kg) The learning and memory abilities of rats, the contents of SOD, MDA, GSH-Px, Ach, ChAT and AchE in brain tissues. Results: Huangjingdilong could significantly enhance the learning and memory ability, reduce the number of learning and memory errors, increase the content of Ach, increase the activities of ChAT, SOD and GSH-Px, and decrease the content of MDA AchE activity. Conclusion: Huang Jing Dilong Fang has a certain therapeutic effect on Alzheimer’s disease.
