在机器视觉测量系统中,满足动态测量要求和分析影响测量精度的因素是实现在线测量的重要环节。本文利用合肥工业大学研制的一套车轮轮缘踏面检测系统,通过试验模拟车轮在铁轨上的实际运行情况,建立车轮位移和被测轮缘踏面参数之间的数学模型,分析火车不同速度对这些参数测量精度的影响,为现场测量提供理论依据。
In the machine vision measurement system, to meet the dynamic measurement requirements and analyze the factors that affect the measurement accuracy is to achieve an important part of online measurement.
